As April signals the change in season, we invite you to join our proposed toast to Spring’s renewed promise of resilience and beauty. We are honoured to host this more intimate introduction to our passion-project while our guests enjoy a seasonally inspired Freebird menu.

As the days get longer and the evenings lighter, we look forward to welcoming you into Freebird Market’s warm space with a relaxed afterhours candle-lit atmosphere and commissary kitchen glow.

We will woo you with peas and mint, interesting wines, and other delightfully spring inspired seasonal food from our chefs, bakers, and pastry chefs.
