416 Snack Bar opened in 2011 and quickly became the spot where Toronto's chefs, servers, dishwashers and bussers went to feed themselves after long, hard services.

Twelve years later, tastes have evolved but tables remain elusive - so in April they opened Short Turn, a cocktail bar just a step away. Long and narrow, the space was designed to evoke a vintage streetcar - one with freezing drinks and the culturally-diverse snacks 416 has become known for.

• Cost: $120 per person (plus HST and 18% gratuity) Ticket covers classic cocktails and snacks
