On Thursday, June 17, fire up your grills and learn tips and tricks for summer grilling with chef Lauren Mozer of elle cuisine. The menu will feature teriyaki-glazed Miami ribs, Mediterranean chicken kebabs, jumbo prawns, and smoked baby back ribs. For sides, we'll be making creamy baked mac and cheese, southwestern style slaw, and charred leek and potato salad. Lastly, for dessert, we'll enjoy a coconut cake with coconut icing and toasted coconut shavings. This is one BBQ you don't want to miss!
How it works:
Executive chef and CEO Lauren Mozer will host this virtual cooking & plating demonstration, using ingredients that will be delivered right to your door. All you have to do is open the kits and follow along. The recipes will be demonstrated step by step, while we share in an online community experience. You must have access to a BBQ or grill to follow along with the class.
Cooking kits will be delivered (contact-free) on June 15 or 16, pre-prepped for your convenience. The cooking kit feeds 2-4 people.
