About your Safety:
After months of social isolation and learning new social distancing habits, we are finally in Stage 3 allowing for 50-person gatherings indoors and up to 100-person gatherings outdoors. As experts in food safety & events, we have developed many precautionary measures to ensure all elle cuisine staff are fully trained and equipped to serve you and your guests in these COVID times.
- All staff will be pre-assessed with a series of questions regarding any recent travels, social habits and health.
- All staff will wash hands thoroughly between various levels of service and are fully trained on proper food and beverage handling.
- All staff will wear face masks at all times.
- All staff will clean and disinfect surfaces regularly as required.
- All staff will abide by social distancing and interaction guidelines
- Upon request, we will do a temperature check of staff outside prior to arrival
