Menu Tease
Chef Morgan Bellis has curated an exquisite menu for Toronto Life Insiders, featuring a luxurious dining experience that highlights the finest wagyu beef.
The dinner begins with an A5 Wagyu Roll, elegantly paired with blue fin tuna, shiso, and a delicate soy glaze.
The second course presents Harry’s Bar Carpaccio, showcasing thinly sliced wagyu beef drizzled with mustard dressing, topped with cracked black pepper and shaved parmesan, and accompanied by grilled sourdough.
For the entrée, guests will indulge in the Wagyu Experience, a trio of 3oz striploin cuts from Canadian Prime, Australian Wagyu, and Japanese A5 Wagyu, offering a diverse tasting journey of premium beef.
The table will also be treated to an array of sumptuous sides, including sautéed green beans with diced wagyu and aromatic oil, B+B Wagyu Fried Rice enriched with sesame, eggs, garlic, scallions, chili oil, and watercress, and roasted root vegetables with herb olive oil.
To conclude this gastronomic adventure, The Mandarin dessert awaits, a delightful composition of clementine jam, white chocolate, joconde sponge, and crème anglaise.
