Gusto 501 is delighted to host an exclusive multi course tasting menu from Chef Pasquale Russo with optional wine pairings from our Beverage Director, Matteo Floris.

With elevated offerings of some of their favourite dishes to new creations, Gusto is inviting TL Insiders into their five (5) storey terracotta filled home to bring you close to their Italian roots.

The menu will include:

Squash Agnolotti with black truffle shaved;
Belgian Endive bites;
Grilled Octopus with nduja and olive puree;
and classic and modern Italian wine pairings to elevate your palate.
