From Executive Chef, David Schwartz, Head Chef, Braden Chong and the team behind Sunny's Chinese, this new concept in Yorkville differentiates itself by bringing a fine-dining style of service, while still being playful and fun, regaling guests with the theatre of dining.
This exclusive chef's menu for members features a diverse range of dishes and outlines each region of origin. So, bring your appetite and prepare yourself for conversation over plates of steaming noodles and the fragrant scent of Sichuan peppercorns tossed fresh into searing woks.
The menu will also include some special dishes such as: House made Lap Cheong, Sticky Rice stuffed Chicken, Stir Fried Hakka Abacus Seed and more surprises.
