Explore the amazing world of naturally fermented breads with Prairie Boy Bread. For this engaging workshop, guests will spend 3 hours with their hands in the dough—learning the ins and outs of great bread making.
This introductory workshop will cover the following:
At the end of the workshop you will take home a loaf of bread, dough, a sourdough starter, 2kg of organic flour, and Prairie Boy's simple bread-making notes.
All tools and an apron will be provided. Please bring a hat and kitchen appropriate shoes and clothes.

In alignment with recommendations by the Province, we’ll be imposing stringent sanitation and safety measures. We kindly ask you to abide by the following protocols when dining with us:
1) Sanitize your hands upon entry to the venue
2) Sanitize your hands when using the washroom
